Yes, I'm starting a post about pie.
No, not pi = 3.14159265
But the mouth watering, mind numbing, warm and fuzzy, tingles all over PIE.
Lemon Iced Box Pie to be exact!
I just ate a piece and I have never been more satisfied or excited about pie as I am right now.
For your viewing pleasure. It doesn't look all that appealing, but this is a classic case of "love what's on the inside".
